Please note, items should not be returned without prior confirmation from our concierge team, who will notify you of your return order number. Items returned without a return order number may not be refunded.
5.2. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Proof of damage, such as clear photographs, may be required to process your replacement.
5.3. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order as our production process may have already commenced.
