  • How do I place an order?

    To order from our Signature Collection, select the desired item(s) and size/fabric, then click "Bespoke Order". For Special Editions, the Concierge will contact you for measurements. Existing clients' measurements are on file.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL Express with no extra duty or costs upon delivery.

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to arrange your return. Items should not be returned without prior confirmation.

  • Where is my order shipped from?

    Orders are shipped from our location in the United Kingdom.

  • How long does it take to make my garment?

    Made-to-order pieces typically take 2-3 weeks, while made-to-measure pieces take 6-8 weeks. We will keep you updated on your garment’s progress.

  • How does your sizing work?

    Select your usual size, or one size up if between sizes. We offer complimentary alterations and maintain a 1.5 cm seam allowance for adjustments.
